What results should I expect, and when?
From the butter's own label copy: first use - immediate softness and moisture you can feel the moment you apply it. Week one - hair feels more hydrated between wash days. Weeks 2-4 - strands start feeling thicker and stronger, with less breakage when detangling. Over time - the length you've been working for starts showing up.

What exactly is in the jar?
Everything. Every single ingredient is printed on the label: shea, sweet almond, jojoba, and castor infused with bhringraj, amla, fenugreek, MSM, rosemary, and clove in the butter; 18 Ayurvedic herbs slow-infused for 12 hours in the oil. No fillers, no hidden 'fragrance.'
How do I use the butter and oil together?
Apply the Length Retention Butter to damp or moisturized hair, focusing on your ends. Then apply the oil directly to your scalp and massage gently. It can also be layered on top of the butter. Do not rinse the oil. Use a clarifying shampoo at least once a month to prevent buildup.

Worldwide, from McDonough, GA. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days once shipped; international orders take 7-21 depending on your location and customs. Everything is handmade in small batches, so allow 2-5 days of making time. Full details in the shipping policy.

What if something's wrong with my order?
If your product arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a one-time replacement at no cost. For hygiene reasons opened or used products can't be returned; see the return and refund policy for the details.
